Consignment Office
- The State Treasury is the Consignment Office pursuant to the 29 April 1999 law on consignments to the State.
- The assets consigned to the Consignment Office shall not be confused with the assets of the State. With regard to the latter, the accounting rules are set by Grand-Ducal regulation and the Consignment Office keeps the assets on separate registries.
- The accounts of the Consignment Office are subject annually to the audit of the Court of Auditors.
