Consignment Office

  1. The State Treasury is the Consignment Office pursuant to the 29 April 1999 law on consignments to the State.
  2. The assets consigned to the Consignment Office shall not be confused with the assets of the State. With regard to the latter, the accounting rules are set by Grand-Ducal regulation and the Consignment Office keeps the assets on separate registries.
  3.  The accounts of the Consignment Office are subject annually to the audit of the Court of Auditors.
